Hi there! My name is Anna, I’m an Exercise Physiologist certified by the American College of Sports Medicine and I hold a Master’s Degree in Exercise Science. My undergraduate education is in Kinesiology focused on Physical Therapy, which is where my passion for healing through movement grew tremendously.

My primary goal is to help people learn about their bodies and achieve their health and fitness goals. This can look like a million different situations, perhaps that means injury recovery, chronic pain control, losing weight, or improving athletic performance, in any case, the goal is optimizing the function of the body.
